Little Baby Sleep Co will only undertake business on the following terms and conditions
You the client agree to follow safe sleeping practices in line with the AAP safe sleep guidelines and recommendations.
You the client will notify your consultant of any unsafe sleep practices, and understand your consultant is not liable for your baby’s safety, you are.
You the client agree to check with your GP if your baby has any medical conditions which prevent them from being sleep trained safely.
You the client agree to disclose any medical conditions your baby has to your sleep consultant. Little Baby Sleep Co does not provide any medical advice.
You the client understand that your sleep plan and guide is meant for your baby and you only and should not be shared with a third party. Any party found to be sharing sleep plans and guides will be liable for the cost of the shared program.
You the client understand that any changes you make to your baby’s sleeping or eating arrangements are your decision and we at Little Baby Sleep Co only make suggestions for change, of which you are responsible for choosing to implement.
Little Baby Sleep Co does not accept responsibility or liability for sleep training that does not achieve the required result during the support process. Babies are not robots and each baby has their own unique sleep journey.
Little Baby Sleep Co advises that the parents are consistent and stick to the sleep plan provided in order to achieve success. The outcome of the sleep training depends highly on parental consistency and therefore by agreeing to undertake the sleep training, the parents agree to working alongside the sleep consultant to achieve the best results possible.
The fee for Little Baby Sleep Co services are due in advance of the initial consultation/workshop.
If the package is cancelled the following terms and conditions apply:
Less than 24 hours’ notice - 100% of final fee payableLess than 48 hours’ notice – 50% of final fee payable
Consultations can be moved to another date free of charge.The Dream Sleep Support Package Support Period is non-refundable and lasts for the designated time post consultation (14 days). If the support is not used by the client, there is no refund available.
Any further support outside of the initial support package booked is charged at £100 per week.
